We love a great pole shed, the perfect storage space, lots of height, super adaptable and can be built to stand up to our tough weather conditions.

It's a great day when your new house arrives in town! This relocated home has just arrived in Twizel where it will be an awesome new holiday home.

We are very excited to be starting on this new build. Not only is this going to be a stunning project, but it is for a family who are especially looking forward to their new Twizel home. Building homes is not just about the technical and physical aspects of the structure, it is about our clients and bringing their dreams to life.

There is just something about this future view that we couldn't help sharing. The RAD crew are treated to some amazing places to work thanks to our clients, including this stunning spot in Aoraki/Mount Cook Village. Mackenzie is lucky to have this National Park right in the back yard, you can go from the mountains to the lakes or rivers, through to the bush in only an hour or so, our district really does have it all.

It's a great morning and couldn't help but share a pic of this stunning new home in Twizel on a beautiful start to the day.

RAD are excited to announce that the very talented architects at Architecture Workshop, designers of the luxury Lindis Lodge have walked away with the honor of top hotel at the World Architecture Festival held in Amsterdam. Buildings do not get any more unique that this and RAD are proud to have been part of this award winning project. Well done Chris and the Architecture Workshop team!
